June 10th & 11th 2017
Welcome to our festival. Behind the scenes you will find those craftsmen who make our village festival a reality: baliffs, carpenters, carters, cottars, masons, porters, woodworkers and many more. This is the purview of the site crew. We are the workers who build, repair, and maintain the village. Shouldst thou experience the urge to feel the weight of a trusty tool in your hand or experience the accomplishment of building towers with your own hands then this is the place for you. No experience is required – apprentices are encouraged and nurtured.
We are inviting those who are interested to form a crew of their friends to take responsibility (with some direction from us of course) for specific parts of the set-up this year. Since we are a 501(c)3 corporation, these count as service hours for those who need hours for various personal reasons. You can just show up at our site when we’re working (check the site calendar below) or contact email@example.com to indicate you want to take on a particular build responsibility.
Current Chairperson(s): Jed Blom and Mike Agnew
Regular scheduled meeting time: following general meetings each month January through faire
Openings on Committee: This is an open committee and all are free to join as a committee member.
